Haile and his team are amazing and extremely attentive and sweet. I really enjoyed my 13-day stay at Wib Guesthouse! It is very comfortable and clean with a nice courtyard. I stayed at this new hotel in Addis during a recent work trip, and it far exceeded my expectations. I originally chose it based on just one previous review, and I’m so glad I did. Every word of praise was absolutely true. The owner of the hotel is a true gentleman who personally ensured I was comfortable throughout my stay. He even arranged a free airport pick-up and drop-pff (though I didn’t need the drop-off as a friend collected me) and allowed a late check-out at no extra charge. Small gestures that made a big difference. The entire team, from the reception staff to the waiters and housekeeping, were exceptionally kind and professional. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. The hotel itself is spotless, the wi-fi is strong, and the food is delicious. The rooftop seating area offers a beautiful view of the city. What truly amazed me was the value for money. For such excellent service, comfort, and hospitality, the price is unbelievably reasonable. You get far more than you pay for here. I strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Addis Ababa.
