Very nice, laid back hotel that is very walkable to central Bordeaux. Fantastic staff, especially the concierge who made great dinner reservations and recommended a very good wine tour for us. Breakfast buffet is substantial and the staff do a great job. Very well appointed room with comfortable bed, a great shower, etc. Highly recommended hotel in Bordeaux.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest, and their genuine care for ensuring my stay was enjoyable was evident throughout. One of the standout features of this hotel is the personalized service provided by the owner. Instead of relying on a standard guidebook for exploring Bordeaux and its surrounding areas, the owner took the time to curate a tailored program based on my preferences. Whether I was interested in cultural landmarks, culinary delights, or hidden gems off the beaten path, they had fantastic suggestions that made my visit truly memorable. This level of attention to detail and dedication to enhancing the guest experience is truly commendable. In terms of the hotel itself, I found it to be both cozy and impeccably neat. The ambiance exuded a sense of warmth and comfort, making it easy to relax after a day of exploration. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet area next to the main tram line was ideal for getting around the city with ease while still enjoying a peaceful environment. Excellent location. Easy walking distance to most things/transport hubs. Hotel has a very good underground carpark, if you can get a place. Room was spacious and we heard no noise from the other rooms. Laundry room was a bonus. Staff were very welcoming and a special mention for Laurent who was always extremely pleasant and gave great tips of what to see/visit in the area.

Comfortably placed close to the city centre. Young, dynamic and helpful staff. Spacious and cozy room. Well furnished gym.

I liked everything! The hotel is very comfortable, much more wonderful then i could expect. Everything is new, cosy, eco friendly! The breakfast was very nice and many items were available. The additional i would like t admire the helpful staff on reception: thanks them we succeed to get to the Atlantic ocean (they adviced us the way, we couldnt finf in Google!). By the way the hotel is situated very close to tram stops (to get to the airport, to the centre)? close to Bus stop - #702 bus will take you to beautiful Lacanau - very amazing coastline of Atlantic ocean with wonderful beaches, restaurants. Highly recommended for everything!

the stuff with friendly the room was clean very comfortable and a good quality the great quality including the bathroom and I enjoyed the facilities such as the gym. it gave me that feeling of light traveling

Location perfect, spacious rooms, quiet and cosy, the fresh coffee and the refreshments were very nice. Also we travel with our baby and they thought even the bathtub and the babybottle warmer☺️ Very nice staff and you can easily access to the airport with just a step to the tram in front of the hotel💯
