The staff were great and from day one were accommodating and helpful regarding the area and where to go for our holiday there. The breakfast and food available there was really great and really good value for what one gets. Great stay.

This 4-star Novotel is located 50 metres from Tram C station, a 3 tram-stop ride from the heart of Bordeaux and the Place de la Bourse and only 400 metres from Bordeaux Train Station.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, definitely a very pleasant experience after a long commute. The check-in takes place at the cafe, which was unexpected and I almost couldn't find the hotel, but also very refreshing. It became a very convenient meeting point with other friends/people staying elsewhere. The room was very clean and hot shower was instant, a very relaxing experience during cold rainy days. The location was fantastic, could reach town centre in 5-10mins on foot. There's also a tram stop just a minute away that connects to train station and town centre.

Excellent, spotless and very pretty room - in a truly beautiful building. A former university building converted into a smart, but slightly quirky hotel: so well done, an absolute pleasure to stay here.

Great location. Easy walk to old town with lots of restaurants and bars within easy reach. Metro about 10m away which goes direct to airport. Kitchen well stocked with crockery cutlery and Other kitchen essentials.

The flat is AMAZING!! It has everything you need and More. Great location, only 1 tram Line ("A") from the Airport and good connections with the other tram lines ("B,C,D"). Flat is very spacious, very good shower, huge Bathtub, fast wifi, Netflix on TV, all the utensils that you might need in the kitchen, very Bright inside, lots of lights. Good AC and Fan. Easy to find and easy to open the front door with the codes (self check in/out) very well explained by the Lovely Hostess Diane with a Video info. Very quiet in the night and in the mornings...it's located in a side street, but it has it all. Located on the Ground floor, Super bonus, No Stairs! Cheese shop right across the front door, Bakery few steps away, fresh fruit market right on the side, and a Carrefour Express around the corner and many other mini shops all around as well as coffee shops, restaurants and bars near by. Walking distance from many Touristic attractions. I couldn't recommend enough this place. We really enjoyed and definitely would stay there again. Merci Diane

Its location and the view from the window are great. It is easy to access lots of places at central bordeaux. Additionally, the room is clean and has various seasoning like salt , glassies, and plates. They give you good opportunity to make breakfast by yourself. The owner of the apartment replied very quickly to my massage, which was great help for me! I totally satisfied staying there
