Exceptional breakfast. relaxation area of spa is lovely but pool was freezing cold althought reception told us that its warm and its is used at this time. The pool is outside and all the beds and tables were covered so it was clearly not a pool to swim in January.

A luxury bachelor pad that is also suitable for family. Can walk to the beach in your barefoot and in your swimwear it’s that close. Loved the quality of the apartment, from the l’occataine shower gels and shampoos to the luxuriously thick decent quality towels. You can definately see money was spent on this apartment. The location was fabulous and Eric was a real gentleman. Very easy going. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for. Centre of Cannes, right by the public beach, beautiful views and quality furnishings

Next to the beach, really good location. Every room has air conditioning , 2 showers and 2 toilets. Big kitchen, 3 separated rooms with good mattress. Kitchen has everything what you need. It was really pleasure to stay there
