Everything was amazing- the hotel property, THE STAFF, the breakfast, there is not a single thing that wasnt good. The staff is really helpful, i asked them a lot of queations and requested things from them and they not only helped me with everything but also did it with a smile. This hotel is an oasis in this area.

We liked everything about this hotel the staff are very nice beautiful views amazing rooms were didn't have dinner here but the breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are so clean and big.

We were treated so well by the staff - u believable We requested upgrade and boom !!! It was given Beautiful suite with two balconies and Mont balance icy view unbeatable! No matter what we requested was granted. They booked our tickets and helped us to make a nice trip to Annecy .. We had such a great time during our weekend in the region. It was a great experience to stay at the hotel. The location is beautiful, food was delicious, the room was very comfortable, great hikes were possible directly from the hotel, and the views were amazing.
