Amazing place. We were sorry for staying for such a short time. Everything was very high class. All the employees were really very nice - the front desk, the room service, the yoga instructor (yes they provide Yuga lessons 😊). Two super A for them: the chef is amazing. One of the best food we ever had. Very sophisticated tasty and generous. Amazing experience. The reception lady named Romane was super professional, guided us on all of our needs and provided great solutions. Also for the rest of our trip in France. We loved this place!

We took a road trip from Alsace to the Alps and this was the absolute best stay of our entire trip. The location for some short hikes was perfect (we're not skiiers but very near to lots of great slopes). The jacuzzi was magical, and the little cabin was a dream. The staff even delivered our cocktails to our door and were so kind and accommodating. We will be back for sure.

Amazing service from friendly staff at all times (check in, use of sauna in the morning, check out, luggage storage). One of them helped with luggage up to our rooms seeing as we were knackered from hiking on check in, even though he didn't have to. Pool, sauna and steam room were clean and very relaxing. Great view from the room as well. Cozy bar and lounge space with sofas and a view. Our room had all the amenities you would expect in perfect condition (mini fridge, kettle, clean bath robe & towels, TV with English channels, etc).
