There were a couple of issues when we arrived but these were quickly resolved by the member of staff. After that we had a very good and comfortable stay

It is a very nice and peaceful place to stay, with a very friendly and helpful owner/host. The accommodation is very private and comfortable, and they bring your breakfast in the morning (although there are some basics already there for you plus a fridge). Powerful shower! It is a good location for driving or cycling into Lille and some nearby restaurants. Lots of lovely animals to watch in the grounds.

The host is very nice and friendly although she cannot speak English. But we can chat via a mobile phone. The room is clean and looks like a new one.

What a great way to stay at Lille! A spacious, carefully and lovingly furnished room with an in-room sauna and a modern, state-of-the-art bathroom expected us, and we were introduced to it by Lily, the extremely friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome right from the start. It wasn't her fault that our car couldn't access the underground garage, and it was a nice touch that we were not charged for it, although we had reserved.
