I absolutely loved this hotel! It was my first time in Nice to attend a concert nearby and I enjoyed so much, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was amazing and the staff is beyond kind and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Promenade des Anglais beach and close to the airport. Along the seafront there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. The hosts have thought of every detail — the apartment has everything you need. Clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very welcoming and always available. I will definitely come back again!

We booked last minute in July 2025 for a family of 7. The apartment was spotlessly clean and slept 7 of us easily. Location is great, just 5 mins walk from the beach and with shops and a great patisserie even closer. Cheaper for us than even the most basic of available hotels. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Host was brilliant and answered all our questions quickly and was very flexible despite the last minute booking.

I would highly recommend your villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and well-located place to stay in nice. From the moment we arrived, Fernando, the villa's contact person, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, even late at night. He also gave us many great recommendations for activities in the area. The villa itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from park fhenix and a short drive to the promenade des anglais. One of the highlights of our stay was our departure. We were on our way to the airport when we encountered a major traffic jam due to road closures that we hadn't been aware of. Fernando, without hesitation, offered to drive us to the airport himself. This was a lifesaver, as taxis were unable to get through the traffic. We would have missed our flight if it weren't for Fernando's kindness and generosity. The only minor issue we had was that the living room was a bit small for the number of people that can sleep in the villa. However, this is a small thing, and overall we had an amazing stay at your villa. Thank you again for everything!

I did enjoy the room. I was seeing the sea from the bed. Also, the location was close to supermarkets. The tram is useful to reach the city center. You can buy a pass of 7 days and travel with it also for nearby attractions. The breakfast was good. The food was fresh. You can even stay on the front terrace and see the palm trees.

The hotel is just fine by every measure: nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, close location to the airport (where we arrived and travelled further by BlablaBus) and the tram stop with which we could reach the city center easily.
