Everything was perfect. The room was big and sunny. The bed is perfect and it was enough place for the parents and small child. The kitchen is small but you could make easy something for eat.
We were at the beginning of the September, so it was ok, without condition.
The location is one of the top places, the beach is on the other side of the road. It is very comfortable, bec the stones are small and it is pleasant to go into the sea. You can walk along the embankment to the center, enjoying the beautiful view.
Many thanks to the owner, he offered a late check-out from the apartment, which was extremely convenient for us.
We will stay one more time in this apartment next time!

Location is great, close to the beach and you can easily walk to the old town along the scenic Promenade des Anglais. There are shops, cafes and restaurants in front of the building. The apartment is equipped with all that you need. It is very clean. Great value for the money.

The location is perfect. It is not city center but the house is 200 meters from the famous English promenade (promenade and beach) so you can walk (or take tram) to center. We were given a parking slot and did not have to deal with parking. The house has romantic size and spots for sitting, the house lady was also great. There is a shop nearby and bakery with perfect baguette.

The apartment was new, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was conveniently located on a parallel road from the seaside boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy the beach.
There is paid parking available on the street in front of the apartment, and the N.2 tram to the center was very handy. The living room had a nice comfy sofa and a TV, making it a great place to relax. The apartment had a handy washing machine, which was very useful.
It was easy to find and access from the airport, although it was a bit tricky to see the keybox during our night check-in.
Overall, the apartment was nice and comfortable.
