The apartment is fantastic, modern and classy; typical French style interior. It is very near the beach and Promenade des Angles. From the airport you can take the tramp, which is also going to Port Lympia, what is very convenient. Five steps from the apartment you have very well equipped supermarket. In the apartment there is more than you could expect, including the taps for washing machine. The wifi is very good. Very comfy bed and super quiet air-condition. The contact with the owner perfect. If I will go to Nice again, I will try to stay there again.

The location was great with the tram so close and it running to the airport and Port Olympia. The premise was clean and tidy and the view is fantastic. Host was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the apartment at the of June 2024. Our vacation was great! Everything is very clean and in perfect condition The apartment has everything you need for cooking: frying pans, pots, cutlery, plates - everything is in excellent condition. There are various spices, tea, coffee. There are all necessary accessories in the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, liquid soap, washing machine powder.
The owner Alexander was very friendly and welcoming. Alexander answered all our questions and happily recommended several places in Nice and cities nearby, for which we are very grateful! I recommend the apartments 100%.

The location is perfect.
Close to the beach,to many shops and restaurants,to the tramvai 2 straight to Aeroport.
Good internet wi fi,big tv screen,a lovley bathroom with all facilities include,kitchen,frige,washing mashine ,electric owen,so I will come back next year for sure.
