We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The apartment is modern, new, and beautifully maintained, with a very high level of cleanliness that made us feel immediately comfortable. The location is excellent—perfectly situated for exploring Nice, with easy access to shops, restaurants, the beach, and public transport, while still being peaceful and pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice. 10 points with 5 stars. Simply perfect! New accommodation, in a good location, in a quiet building and location. The accommodation was equipped with everything down to the smallest details. Mr. Gilles was waiting at the accommodation with the keys and we were in constant contact until the check-in, I received an answer to all my questions almost immediately and even after checking in he asked about my well-being. A true French gentleman! I recommend the Carrefour supermarket, which is 10 minutes away, for shopping, where you can find everything at good prices. The Monte Carlo bus number 600, which leaves from Normandia Square, is 8 minutes away (I recommend a Ticket Azur ticket, although there is no machine at the stop and it does not work on the way back). The port and the city park are also 15-20 minutes away on foot. In short, I highly recommend the accommodation.

I liked the apartment, it's modern, spacious, and comfortable. Good location. There is a big supermarket nearby and a good children's playground.

I loved how clean the apartment was ! There were also some cooking essentials available (salt, pepper, oil etc) and the apartment was very spacious and Claudia was lovely when welcoming us

This apartment absolutely blew us away. The contactless check-in worked perfectly - no fuss, no waiting about. What really struck me was how the photos don’t do it justice. Everything looked exactly as advertised, which is increasingly rare these days. The place is spotless. Charles clearly puts his heart into maintaining it. You can tell straight away he transformed the space into something rather special. We all slept like logs - the beds were comfortable and it was wonderfully quiet. Not a single complaint. Would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. Worth every penny for the quality and location (I had a car)

This is one of the best accommodations I have stayed at in terms of self catering , it is fully equipped with everything we could have needed as we didn’t want to eat out every meal. Fully functioning spacious kitchen where we managed to cook for four adults. Everything was clean and in good condition to use. The apartment is very spacious , with two beautiful and comfortable rooms , all living areas such as bedrooms and sitting area have a good powerful AC and are easy to use and control. We loved the balcony area eating all meals we could out there and sitting down to play some cards and just enjoy the warmth of the sun that we don’t get too often in Ireland. The location is 30 minutes from the beach and main town but it is a lovely walk and very doable, it is located near a train station if you plan to hop on and see other beaches along the coast or even visit Monaco, I love how many big shops it had near by, made the cooking even easier as there is a huge supermarket not even 5 minutes away to do all the shopping and more. I’d say the hosts went above and beyond with having cleaning product to wash your clothes , dishwasher capsules and bin bags etc, they had arranged for someone to meet us and show us up and get a grasp over the apartment too which was nice as there was no hunting lock boxes and struggling with any of that .was very sad to leave this accommodation as it’s rare to enjoy the place you’re staying in as much as the location but we did . My favourite part was definitely the balcony with the adjustable shade (parasol) attachment so it was never too bright or hot for us , just a lovely area to be together in and it’s located in quite a quite area too so there wasn’t much disturbance.

Fantastic value for money, great amenities and central location. We were in Nice for the Ironman and this was the perfect place to stay. Additionally the air conditioning was a big plus. The host is a gentleman and his neighbour Gladys was very helpful during our stay.

Great location, close to the old port, old town and a carrefour market just on the next block.
