I had a wonderful stay at Charle’s place. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was great – quiet but close to everything, and there was convenient car parking nearby, which was a big plus. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location for visiting Nice - nice neighbourhood, close to the port, the city centre and the tram to the airport. The apartment is new and perfectly well-furnished (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules provided, washing machine, etc.) - really could hardly ask for more. There is a nice large balcony. The parking spot was a bit tight, but it's great that the option was provided. The host even provided a baby bed and chair (both seemed brand new). Overall a great place to stay in Nice, especially for a group/family. I would stay there again.

The place is great. Located right next to a bus stop, a very nice bakery and 300m to bars and restaurants. The appartment is small but very cosy. The bed was super confortable and the fan was perfect! Also, we appreciated the possibility to cook. It was very quiet at night. The first necessities were provided such as toilet paper, towels, tea and coffee. We enjoyed the place!

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, suitable for three persons. Very close on foot to Nice Port and just 5 min from Nice Riquier train station which serves the two train lines - to Antibes, Cannes, Grasse and to Monaco and Menton. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything needed for your stay. The host Ugo is very kind, helpful and communicative person.
