Lovely, cute studio in my favourite arrondissement. Location is great, it’s sparkling clean and well equipped.
The studio is at the backside, courtyard side of the building, so no street noise and actually very quiet ❤️
And last but not least: Andrea is such a sweet and welcoming host.

Very easy to check in and appreciated that the entrance from the street didn’t involve a flight of steps. Comfortable beds, clean, well-equipped and very conveniently situated - a short walk from Paris Nord and metro station.

Very nice that there was a personal Welcome by San. She was very friendly and took the time to explain everything about the keys and the appartment. The appartment was very clean, modern and spacious. It had all the necessary amenities and it's perfect for a longer stay in Paris.

Charming host met us with the keys and introduced the apartment personally. Fantastic location, next to loads of great restaurants - easy Metro access via Strasbourg Saint-Denis station. Apartment had loads of character and looked down onto a quaint internal courtyard - very Parisian! Beds were comfortable and having portable air conditioning was a bonus. Apartment also felt very secure and safe.
