Very helpful and communicative host. Great location to access all Birmingham has to offer while feeling a safe and quiet area/building. A Spar and a Boots store close by to stock up on essentials. Definitely stay again next time in Birmingham.

My stay at this serviced apartment was absolutely wonderful. The place is more than amazing — extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
There was a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all the kitchen essentials available, which made the stay feel just like home. I also really appreciated the welcome chocolates — such a warm and thoughtful touch.
The location is excellent as well, close to everything and very convenient. Honestly, I wished I could have stayed longer, and next time I’ll definitely book for a longer period.
A big thank you to the management team for providing such a fantastic experience.

The apartment is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Lovely and clean and heating was amazing.
Would definitely recommend.
We watched a Stereophincs concert in the Utilita Arena, which was only a five minute stroll along the canal at the back of the apartment.
There was on road parking ( parking meter,) right outside the apartment which was so convenient.

Everything about the stay was amazing. The property was well equipped and furnished really good. Deffo recommend this to anyone and everyone. Really suitable for work or leisure stay.
