Everthing was fabulous. Staff was outstanding. helped with luggage in and out. Location was great wtih easy bus service to city center. facilities were excellent. Felt t home. Breakfast was above and beyond. Room was really nice with comfortable bed. bar service, even, was like being in a nice pub.

Beautiful. Great breakfast, complementary coffee, great honesty bar. So helpful staff. Rooms well equipped. A little small if traveling with heavy suitcases. We had a big bathroom made for disable person. Floor a little slippery.

The staff were kind and gave me detailed directions to the center of town.
Check-in and check-out were easy.
The interior was so beautiful. It's very clean.
And, I didn't mind noises.
There are plenty of amenities, including tea and cookies.
It's also convenient that tap water was in the room.

We really enjoyed staying at Sonas guesthouse: the room was really cozy, clean and has everything you need. They even refilled every day a bag full of snacks, porridge, tea and coffee! Highly recommended :)

Robert was incredibly responsive, accommodating, kind and thoughtful.
The accommodation exceeded our expectations and met our needs brilliantly. The location was fabulous, with a pleasant stroll or short bus ride into the city centre. Lots of choice for eating out, and a local coop or Sainsbury's for eating in.
Everything was clean and tidy, with thoughtful touches like board games and biscuits making us feel welcome.
Highly recommend and plan to stay again next time we're in town (if we're lucky and it isn't booked up).
