The hotel was perfect in every respect (clean, comfortable, spacious, and placed in a safe area in the central city). The staff, in particular, were the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in all my travels. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled and I faced some difficulties, the entire team offered tremendous assistance, for which I am deeply grateful. If I ever return to Leeds, this is undoubtedly the place where I would want to stay again.

Beautiful and stylish hotel. The great location next to the rail station: just 2 minutes walk. The main attractions, food and shopping areas are within walking distance.
