Incredibly clean. En-suite was a very interesting and functional design that was nice to use and pleasing on the eye. The bed was a delight. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, I’d have scored them 10 if they’d smiled a little! The car park was very close, and the situation of the hotel is fantastic. The breakfast is good.

The 3-beds room had such a fantastic layout - the sofa bed was located in an extended part of the room, and was a perfect private space for the 3rd guest. The room design is great as well - I love the rustic yet modern look. The room was well furnished too. The toilet is big and also well designed. Location-wise, it’s in a nice part of Liverpool that’s not crowded, yet it is still within walking distance from the city centre. It’s also near some great bars. Reception was very friendly too - a nice lady obliged our slightly late checkout without qualms. She was also chatty and struck a conversation with us when we were waiting for one of our group mates to come down from the room. Overall, would highly recommend. Great value.

Rooms feel like luxury warehouse loft style, great breakfast and top notch FB in general. Go for the roasted chicken. Last but not least amazingly friendly reception and HK staff. Need to know anything... Mathew is not just a concierge he is a wonderful chap.
