Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were decorated very nicely and modern, we were stopping for a short city break for our minimoon and the staff even wrote us a little congratulations welcome note which was a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic with a good choice of English and Continental options. Being in the city centre was great and easy to walk around and get to places.

Starting before checking in the host shows very good hospitality when we contacted him before travelling, And he was waiting for my family to arrive and make check in by himself and keep asking daily if they need any assistance and during the checkout he give some extra time to check in the other property was terrible
