The hotel seems to be after a recent renovation. Design is modern and not stuffy. The room is fairly big and there's a small kitchenette with a range, a microwave, a kettle and a small refrigerator. Staff is nice and accommodating. Location was surprisingly good. Chiswick is a very nice neighborhood with plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants, steps away from the hotel. Turnham green station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a laundry room (8GBP for full wash&dry cycle). The gym is nice (2 peloton bikes, which requires an account, some weights and a bench). We asked for a quiet room and got a room on the courtyard level (-1), meaning below ground level. The window was facing a concrete wall 2 feet away, so no view, but very quiet and we were fine with the tradeoff.

Modern, clean and convenient. I really like this place and already stayed here for the second time. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Location is not too far from the Tube. Shared kitchen is great, spacious and also very clean.

We really liked both the hotel and the neighborhood, it is not central, but with easy access to central London on a Disitrict line. The room was clean, quiet, nice looking, with a comfortable bed and good WiFi. The breakfast was very good, and great value by the London standards.
