Very helpful and service minded staff!
Clean, modern rooms. Very good continental breakfast. The location is great, close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park with buses and the tube. To Oxford Street there’s only a short walk. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Sussex Gardens and this hotel is the best!

Amazing hotel. Very clean, towels changed every day. Very kind and helpful staff. The area it is located in was quiet and safe and is next to all the central stations.Definitely when I visit London again I will prefer it. I highly recommend it.
