We arrived very early in the morning and Alexander welcomed us warmly. He was very friendly and also let us know that they upgraded our room for free!

Staff were so kind to let us use their address to receive an important letter. We had proactive messages from the hotel manager asking if we needed anything as soon as we booked our stay. The bed was so so comfortable and the facilities very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied a bit everyday. We were given a free room upgrade which was wonderful too.
