Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at Creta Maris Resort this August. From the very beginning, the experience exceeded our expectations. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning sea view, which set the tone for a perfect holiday.
The entire resort was excellent in every way – the facilities, the cleanliness, the food, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation unforgettable.
I especially want to mention Eleni from Customer Relations, who was truly outstanding. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. During our time there, we celebrated my wife’s birthday, and Eleni organized a wonderful dinner with a delicious birthday cake and an incredible view. It was such a thoughtful and memorable touch that meant a lot to us.
Thank you to the whole team at Creta Maris Resort for making our family trip so special. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is so nice. Everything is new, stuff is great, breakfast also. And the most important thing the hotel is really clean. I'm usually a freak when it comes to cleaning and 95% of time I'm not really happy with cleanliness of the hotels but for this one I can really say that iz was 10/10.

The rooms are very clean, the furnishings are new, the staff is very friendly, and the location is in a quiet part of the city, right on the beach.
There is a beautiful view from the rooftop on the 4th floor.

Very cool hotel and truly a different experience compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were very nice and friendly and they made us feel as being part of a community not just guests. The rooms were spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the pool view from our balcony, the poolside DJ and the evening entertainment (live band, violin and saxophone players). Overall, I think they have a cool hotel concept and we’re planning on visiting again in the future.

The apartment was wonderful, at the top of the building and with big terrace. It is located directly by the seaside promenade of Hersonissos. The host was great and very helpful in every thing we asked him about. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty and according to our personal needs. The apartment was equipped in everything needed and in the refrigerator there were some products for as as well as fruits on the table, all free! If we will visit Crete in the future we will stay in these apartments for sure! By the way - in the building there is a lift so it was easy to get to the apartment.

I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Nikos, the hotel manager, was always there whenever we needed assistance, and we had some very interesting conversations. The team – Lara, Mark, El, the two Dimitris, and everyone else – always kept a keen eye on the guests and their needs. I highly recommend choosing the half-board option, as the food is delicious! The head chef is a local who truly knows his craft.

Pol was amazing from before we arrived and during our stay. The apartment was amazing catered to all our needs and immaculate It was perfect location for the beach and local nightlife and shops all on our doorstep. Also for the buses great bus service 35 minutes to the airport and to the next resorts. All in all a great base and perfect thank you 😊 until next time ⛱️🌞
