The hotel is close to Malioboro street (obviously) and in front of the train station, which is a plus for getting to Prambanan or Malang.
The staff is nice and helpful, the room is modern and large with a comfy bed. The soundproof is ok considering the country standards.
The restaurant food was also good! Also free water refill in the hallway so it’s a nice gesture to avoid plastic bottles.

Very nice hotel right at the heart of Malioboro. Just step out of the door and you are right in the masses. The staf was very friendly and helpful, the pool is nice (but no great views unfortunately) and there is an amazing breakfast buffet, which teases not only Indonesian tastes but those of foreigners as well. The room, bath and balkony were all fine and clean as well, room included safe and fridge.

Everything was perfect. Location is very convenient, both as a starting point for trips outside the city and just to walk around the Malioboro area, rooms are spacious, well designed and kept spotless, rooftop pool was big and clean, with a very nice adjoined bar with extremely polite and accommodating staff, same as everywhere in the hotel; breakfast was plentiful, with all kinds of food. All in all, a it was a perfect stay.

I loved my stay here!
The guest house is in a very excellent position (5minutes from train station and Malioboro street), is very clean and welcoming. Staff super friendly and willing to help at any moment. They agreed for an early check in and they kept my luggage after the check out.
The room is not big but it has everything you need and it is super clean. (They clean the room and change towels every day). There is a private bathroom and the bed is very comfy.
Totally recommend and I would be happy to stay here again if I will come back to Yogyakarta.
