Location was perfect for my needs. Excellent coffee at breakfast. Friendly informative staff at all levels. Marvellously quick laundry service. Generous check out time and best of all the therapeutic of massage in the spa which was much needed after a long journey.

The staff were very helpful. We had problems with the TV channels and were moved to another room.
Breakfast was nice and varied.
