One of the best hotels in Florence. Near to the centre but in the same time very quiet place. Breakfast and its atmosphere were outstanding. You feel as you are on villa and you are very welcomed guest there.

The hotel is really close to the train station, but you can also reach the city center after a 10-minute walk. Every single staff member we met was extremely polite and nice. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was great, sometimes we didn't even need lunch after it! Even though our side of the hotel was looking right at the street, our room was really quiet.

The room was very nice and well-equipped with all the essentials to make the stay comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten welcome card, which added such a personal and thoughtful touch.
Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff member who assisted me during check-in (though I’m not sure of his name) was friendly and helpful. Additionally, during checkout, Christian was extremely professional and made the process smooth.
