We really like the hotel we stayed in. It felt definitely 4 stars. We have a big room with 4 single beds and still felt spacious. Breakfast was good, overlooking the garden and we were offered choice of coffee as well! Location is also a plus, near to restaurants and important Florence landmarks.

After really staying in a hotel in Florence that was hell, coming to this hotel was humorous. The hell rooms were anything but hell but were rather smartly designed and comfort at its best. The room came with a fully stocked fridge with water, coke, beer and chocolate. The in room coffee was delicious. It is a sustainable hotel too, but they do not cut corners. Everything is very well thought out.

Hotel building is great. Old but renovated. Location is excellent - just across Arno river - so not a lot of tourists as is around Duomo. Breakfast is simple but absolutely great. Area full of local people, not only tourists. We decided to have a rental car because landed in Bolognia airport - and parking facilities is really big - just outside ZTL zone. Totally recommended

We have some issues and this hotel represented by Justin, helped us resolve all of them🙏🏻
We really appreciate the recommendations of the restaurant that Justin gave us, the food was delicious and the place was nearby the hotel which was really convenient. (La Grotta Di Leo Srl). It was a cozy restaurant!
And a compliment from the hotel as a drink was very welcoming after a long trip.
We will definitely consider staying in this hotel in our next trip!
