Everything was exceptional! Great service from everybody, had an issue with a window wich was promptly resolved, very efficient work. Room was extremely nice, old building with modern touches maintaining the charm, very good taste. Breakfast was big and good. This is an historic hotel, ask for a small tour and explanation of its history to their staff and they will walk you through with a smile. Definately staying ther on our next visit! Location cannot be better.

We loved the Your Florence appartament. The location was the best feature. It was only a few minutes from the main attractions and the bus station. We needed just 3 minutes to reach the main attractions in Florence. Also was so easy to find. The apartament was extra clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful even though we had a problem with our booking, they went out of their way to help us and accomodate our family. Really appreciate their help and disposition which made our stay in Florence a wonderful and refreshing family time.
If we happen to travel to Florence again, could never find a better place.
