I loved my tiny room carved into the rock. The terrace offers the most spectacular view on Matera. There are educational videos on Matera shown discreetly in the breakfast room, very interesting.

Fantastic experience! The cave-like appartment is stunning, very well designed. The location is so good that you actually get the best views of Matera right at your doorsteps. The parking option with transfer service, which was recommended by the hotel, was very convenient too.

- The view from the terrace of the bar / breakfast was amazing
- The staff was very kind and told us the story of our room
- The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious
- The hotel was easy to reach from the parking (8 mins by foot) but we took only our small luggages.
