Best location. Spotless clean. Kind and nice staff. Especially Front desk staff. They are the best!!! Special thanks to Nicola, Veronica and another beautiful lady with blonde hair. Unfortunately I can't recall her name. They are truly angels. I broke my ankle while ski on ALPS. They helped me to rent wheelchair on last minute. Even it was Sunday, most stores were closed. They made hundreds of calls to find a wheelchair for me. Definitely will come back! 100 stars recommend!!!

The location is perfect. I am attaching the photos of the room. It was truly an extraordinary experience. You can get coffee from the Nespresso machine at the entrance. We shopped at the nearby market and cooked a nice pasta in the room in the evening. If I go again, I would choose the same place.

I especially liked that the location of the hotel which is essentially 10 min away from Via Monte Napoleone. Also the hotel is really nice, especially the lobby area. The breakfast is great and you can choose from a variety of different meals. When staying in Milan I always try to sleep here.

Location is great, 5 min walk from Centrale station. You just need a metro pass to get from Centrale station to Cadorna for all the tourists sites. The staff were very friendly, helpful with queries on how to get around. The room was quite stylish and was clean. Breakfast was great. There was a really good mix of food. The breakfast staff were lovely. Big shoutout to Jezza who was super friendly and greeted us with a smile every morning.

Room was big and clean. Complimentary coffees and water were great for busy mornings. Giorgio answered all of my questions. I felt safe in this household. The breakfast option was at a cafe down the street which was lovely. The “home feel” of this place was great after travelling for three weeks and staying in hotels. I felt at home. Great place!
