The breakfast was very delicious and served in a private and cool basement. The room was just the right size - spacious enough to be comfortable without wasting space. The service is perfect - very nice and helpful people who will go an extra mile to make sure you've a nice stay. The location is great - it's in the middle of Olbia but a little bit to the side in a quiet area. You're 5 minutes from all the shops, restaurants and there's even a Michelin restaurant next door if you'd like that.

Excellent location in the centre of Olbia. 2 minutes walking distance from the bus and the train station. Room was very clean and smells fresh all the time, coffee and snack are included as well. We stayed 7 nights here and we highly recommend this place.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Aurora, our host was super attentive and nice. The room is beautiful. Maybe not the most funtional but disign above all! It is Italy after all. The breakfast was made personally by Aurora. We really liked the attention to detail.

Great stay! Barabara is One of the most pleasant hosts I’ve met. Very helpful and attentive. The place was very clean. Very well located and well maintained. Generous complementary drinks and pastries as well as for the towels and natural soaps.

I have stayed last night before take my flight back to London. The room was newly renovated with high standard designed furniture. The property was very quiet with a beautiful view of the city Center. In the morning I had a nice Italian coffe in my room as minibar is provided. I can’t thanks Carlotta enough to welcome me on her property. I will definitely come back there anytime I travel to Olbia.

The room was really nice, clean and smelled so good and fresh. The host and owners really have an eye for the detail. Room fully equipped and extras. Staircase is beautiful. Host Simona and family was very helpfull and communication easy and quick. Private closed and free car park was a very nice extra. Will come back sore sure
