Nice hotel , cheap , clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. Valentina ( the girl at reception ) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was near the beach also. Overall , it was a better experience that i had expected.

Lovely little hotel, just a short walk from the beach, many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very clean, beds comfortable, great value for money. They even have bicycles for guests to use for free! We were made to feel so welcome by the staff at reception, their hospitality and helpfulness is outstanding, going the extra mile to help us out with public transport, where to find delicatessen in the neighbourhood etc. We forgot a driving license in the room after we checked out and they called us immediately to send it to us.

Even if we did not have a common language with most of the staff members, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The location is really good, 3 mins from the beach and 5-10mins from all of the public transportations. The room is a little bit small for more than 2 people but the bed itself is very comfortable.

-Rob the owner welcomed us from minute one and made us feel at home, his knowledge of the area and his willingness to help was amazing!!!
-The parking is well sorted, cheap, secured and closeby

I highly recommend staying in St. Moritz, it perfectly met our expectations and needs, breakfast is definitely worth ordering right when booking. The owner is very nice and helpful, as are her children, they are happy to advise and answer all the questions they know. My fiancée and I usually had breakfast, we didn't have time for the rest of the courses, since we spent all day, apart from swimming in the sea, exploring the surroundings, from the southern hills to the center of Rimini, San Marino and the Mirabilandia park. The helpful hotel staff cleaned the room every day and added what was needed in the bathroom, we had a nice room and also with a side view of the sea. We were also pleased that the hotel is within a 1-minute walk from the beach and only about 30 meters from a street full of restaurants and shops, but at the same time the noise does not reach the hotel, only minimally, so you are not disturbed after a day of hiking and tourism. Thank you and I definitely recommend and we will be happy to stay again in the future :-)

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a tidy building. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight — with a small playground, comfy sofas, sun loungers, and a pleasant atmosphere.
The beach is very close, and the 114–115–116 beach areas are perfect for families with small children. There’s also a shared laundry room, which is especially useful during longer stays.
Parking in the area can be challenging, so it’s worth reserving a parking spot in advance.
Our host, Domenico, was really kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this place for families with young kids.

Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach).
The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant.
Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge!
Lovely play area for children at the property :)
