The host was nice, kind, and very helpful. The location was perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Colosseum and very close to the Roman Forum and other main attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved how close the hotel was to the city center—just a short walk to the Colosseum! The deluxe room was perfect—spacious and very comfortable. The standard room was good as well, though we could’ve used a bit more space in that one. The photo shared is from the standard room.
Breakfast was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed. Truly a great stay!

Marco and Emnuele are exceptional hosts. Ultra polite and willing to assist. Cleaning services and replenishment of utensils was daily, the room gave us a feeling of living in the city as Romans instead of a hotel. The presence of the host was also very respective allowing privacy. The rooms are spacious very well renovated and decorated with taste. Bed was great for my back ( I have two failed disks) , faintly hard as much as one needs after much walking, we got rested well. The location is 10/10 you are literally in the center of the triangle colloseum , villa borgese and piazza navona. The elevator takes you back in a 60s film noir. Keep up the good job guys.
