The service was truly exceptional, attentive to every need and super nice. It felt like home away from home. When the bed was too hard for me - they brought me a topper right away. The location was perfect. The room was quiet, very clean. The free mini bar is a very nice addition. You really feel they are trying to make you as comfortable as possible.

We loved the hotel’s location, facilities and welcoming atmosphere. We were also impressed by the professional and experienced staff, from the reception staff (Doreen, Emilio, Giordano, Giuseppe, and Fabiana), to the room service staff (Regina and the 2 gentlemen). Breakfast was also awesome and the serving team were friendly and helpful.
