A simply outstanding hotel, excellent location and simply amazing staff. We arrived for my wife's birthday celebrations, the team including Francesco and Christie took care in advance to upgrade our room, to a room with a jacuzzi, decorate the room and make the experience unforgettable.
The hotel is about a 16-minute walk from the "ghetto" with its avenue of kosher shops and restaurants and Chabad.

The hotel is in a great central location, within easy walking distance of the main sights and right in the middle of the shopping area. The building is new and the rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The sparkling wine in the room on arrival was a very nice touch. The staff were excellent throughout the stay.
