We got to the hotel a day late as our flight was cancelled. I sent a message to the hotel and told them we were so disappointed, as it was our 40th wedding anniversary. When we got there the next day Alexandra was amazing and when we got to our room we were upgraded for free! The hotel also left chocolates and a gorgeous welcome letter.

Service is truly exceptional. All staff were very kind and attentive. The sauna experience was 10/10 and so was the restaurant (and especially the waiters). I really liked the interior design. All the materials were high quality, brand new with good finishes and attention to detail. The staircase was my favorite part of the property. Location was great!
