Newly renovated rooms were spacious by Venetian standards, and spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning and comfortable beds. Situated in a quiet canal-side residential area about 15 minutes walk from main train station. Very helpful staff, who even managed to find us a water taxi at short-notice for an urgent airport trip.

The property is nice, clean and very spacious. We were surprised that the place was cleaned after each night of our stay. Beds were comfortable, duvets were warm. The kitchen was with all needed appliances. The host was very friendly. The check in was contactless which I enjoyed as we did not know when we would come.
The location was perfect for us as it is in not busy area but very close to all the attractions.
