Everything was to our pleasure during the week we stayed at Cross Hotel in July 2023. Comfortable beds, a luxurious feel in large modern quiet rooms with a small fridge, good cleaning, extremely helpful reception staff. Complementary coffee in the reception area. Self-checkin worked fine with help from staff. The location is superb smack bang in the center of Kyoto. Sanjo station within short walking distance.

This hotel has an excellent location that made exploring the area so convenient. Our room was spacious and came with all the amenities we needed, including laundry facilities right in the room which was incredibly helpful. The staff truly made our stay exceptional, especially Miko and Milan, who went above and beyond to provide recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable.
