This hotel had everything you could possibly need. It was very close to Kyoto station (5 min walk) and a local bus stop. The onsen was perfect after a whole day of exploring the city. It was very convinient to forward our luggage to Tokyo. Higly recommend this hotel, hopefully we'll come back.

Everything :) All staff were so friendly, informative and professional. Very fluent in English too which we really appreciate.
I had a nice experience at the spa. Clean and spacious room. We love the mini bar set up too. The gym and other hotel facilities are fabulous. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay very memorable and enjoyable.

Everything! It's a traditional inn experience with all the staff wearing Yukata and being extremely nice. The room was quite big with separate toilets and a huge wardrobe. It was quiet at the time of our stay. You can use Yukatas in the hotel included in the price
They have public baths that we enjoyed a lot (on the top floor).
The dinner we had was fantastic with many options (I took beef with Wagyu that came with 7 other plates of vegetables, miso soups, tofu, rice, etc''' My partner took the sushi option that was delicious as well and plenty to eat).

Just entering the hotel.... The view is magnificent which is a precursor to the hotel. The hotel room was without a doubt a great refresher as a foreigner to the size of rooms. There was enough room to feel absolutely spoiled in Japan.
