Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !

Great location on the slopes; Wonderful multilingual staff; full buffet breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed the gym and the onsen as well. Great ski shop for rentals.

Such a cosy, clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of Niseko! It was my first time in Japan, and I felt so looked after here. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and made our stay so wonderful. It was perfect for a ski holiday!

Beautiful apartments right by the ski lifts. Super comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for a great stay. Storage space for our gear below was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved the location and wished we had longer there. Passes were waiting in the room on arrival too which was amazing.
