The lodge is cosy, warm, clean and perfect for a snow holiday. Shared bathrooms, but this works well, with high pressure hot water and toiletries provided. Nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, that serves a suitable breakfast and nice evening meals. The location is 5 mins drive to the Hilton lift and 10 mins drive to Niseko village. It’s a wonderful quiet location, but close enough to the action. But for our group, the main part was the wonderful friendly owner Sayuri, the whole team of brilliant staff (thanks to Sandip for the lift each day) and the beautiful little dog. I will return, thank you

Staff was very accommodating, made sure all rentals for skiing and buses were ready to go, flight got cancelled and staff were able to very quickly reorganise the shuttle bus from the airport, when asking for a pickup from the ski fields they would respond within seconds and be there to pick us up within about 5 minutes.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort.

The staff were outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is beautiful with a stunning location in front of Mt. Yotei. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had so much choice of both western and Japanese food. Check out was 11am and we were able to check in a little early without payment. We can highly recommend the Hilton Niseko Village!

Ski in ski out experience is amazing as I can ski and leave whenever I feel like it, not to mention the ski lift service and gondola experience is phenomenal and I get to experience breath taking views and have an amazing time skiing. The breakfast was great but I wish there had been more vegan or fish based selection for Muslims or for those who can't eat meat.

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service at Hinode Hill Village, and we have Salina to thank for that! She went above and beyond to help us—not only did she assist with shipping our snowboards, but she also took care of booking our bus. Seriously, an absolute angel!
