Great for kids that love trains cos the hotel is right next to the rail tracks. My son loved the room so much cos he could see the trains passing all the time. Even the dinning hall has a view of trains. Location is so good, good for both public and private transport. There’s a parking log too.

Not as bad as some other comments would suggest. For me everything was fine and nothing major to complain about.

Only 300 metres from Cereo Shopping center and JR Hachioji Train Station, Keio Plaza Hachioji boasts 5 restaurants and a massage service.

People at the front desk were amazing. Nice hotel in a very good position right in front of Hachioji station. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was nice.
