The staff was amazing, the concierge team was very helpful and they were always available to answer any question we had and make reservations for us which is essential in Tokyo! The rooms were VERY clean, spacious and had excellent amenities. The location is probably one of the best things about this hotel as you are right on Tokyo Station and to get around the city as well as in and out of Tokyo, this is the best place to be.

Amazing atmosphere in the hotel. Really comfortable.
I enjoyed the bath in our room a lot. Rare feature for a Japanese hotel. Room size is decent, we had enough space to open both our suitcases. The room was amazingly soundproof, I didn’t hear the trains outside.

Amazing service, allowing us to check in early and arranging our bags to the room - beautiful room with amazing room service/ wind down services that was honestly hard to leave some days. Lots of amenities like gym, pool and a 7/11 in the basement is a great to have. Staff are polite and speak great english - always greeting us and helping if needed, my girlfriend needed a transformer for a UK hairdryer and they brought a large one up to the room within 5 minutes.

Beautifully maintained with fabulous flowers and the most delicious scents in the large reception area. Large and well designed bedrooms with fabulous bathrooms. We loved listening to the jazz trio in the bar area, perfect end to a perfect day.
