Modern, very clean, comfortable & highly accessible location. Floor to ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of Tokyo. Rooms are well-appointed with sufficient lighting & temperature control. The airport limousine bus stops right at the hotel’s doorstep. Very accommodating, polite & efficient staff. They make every effort to ensure guests are happy & comfortable. The staff was AMAZING they were super kind and attentive, excellent customer service! They also helped us shipping our bags to the next hotel. It's close to the train station (less than 10 min walk) and to 2 different subway stations(both max 20 min walk). So easy to move to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa and everywhere else. We highly recommend it!

The owner was really nice and welcoming. I arrived really late and was able to check in. He showed me the nice facilities they had in the inn. It's a small inn with a big heart.

Great new hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful, room is great, shower room is high grade, the location is central, it is a mixed cultured area, Korean, Japanese, Southeast Asia shops and restaurants all around here, train station is like 1 minute away.
Unlike other big hotels located on Main Street, this is located in a smaller street which you can experience where usual Japanese live. Overall awesome experience staying here

The room is big enough for a family of 4, with enough space to put down and open suitcases. The dining table and kitchenette is a plus so we could all eat together on a proper table. The washer dryer in the room is also great - so quiet I can leave laundry running overnight. Hotel is within walking distance to a family mart, a 24h sukiyaki restaurant, ABC Mart, Alpen Tokyo, DonKi and even the train station.
