The hotel was centrally located and close to public transport options - subway and bus.
We booked a three bedded room and there was so much space to lay out our things, there was dedicated seating and table area as well. The beds were very comfortable and firm - perfect for us. However if you prefer a softer bed, this might too firm for you. There is also a free laundry area for guests to use - which was greatly appreciated!
But the real gem in this hotel were the concierge staff. They were very helpful and professional; despite not speaking English we were able to communicate well with them using translation apps. We were checked in by a young woman about two hours before we could enter our room, but the hotel had already organised and cleaned our room so it was ready by the time we arrived.
We encountered a mishap with our taxi transport on the way to this hotel, and the young woman at reception immediately jumped into action - no questions asked. She called many numbers to try and get hold of the taxi driver (luckily one of my friends took a photo of his registration on the dashboard) who dropped us off to help retrieve an item my friend accidentally left in the taxi. Without her help, I don't think we could have managed to get my friend's item back. We are so grateful for your help!
On check out day, we were helped by a man at reception on booking a taxi for us with our numerous luggages. He was very patient and gave good explanations using a translation app. He walked us out to the meeting point and communicated with the taxi driver for us.
We are grateful to your staff for being so helpful, kind and professional. Despite not being able to communicate through a common language, you all made so much effort to help us with the challenges we had.

Super easy to check in with a code. This perfectly located, tiny but very functional apartment had the most soundless AC you can wish for. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. It had a nice shower and a well-equipped kitchen. It was quiet, and we liked everything about this place. The underground station, coffee shops, a very good supermarket, and an array of other stalls and shoppes were all within more or less walking distance.

Everything is really clean!
The cubes one sleeps in are spacious and well planned: room for your backpack, your day pack, a little desk and mirror. Unfortunately, the walls are a little thin, so if the neighbours are loud you can hear them and the constant noise of the AC ruined my sleep. However, the managing person always made sure after 23h that people were not making noise anymore.
Cheap laundry AND dryer available to use from 9-22h.
Breakfast is ok: 2 types of cereal and toast.
Location is close to street food markets in the evening or cafés during the day. Close to two subways!

We had a lovely stay here, the room is very spacious and the staff very friendly! They also have great amenities such as washer/dryer and drying rack and the common area is very cute :)

This place is clearly designed thinking about the comfort of people travelling. They have everything needed during the trip, beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet and clean and it's very well located. The bakery was amazing and the fact that we can do the laundry as well was definitely appreciated.

Apartment is spacious, very clean, has all the amenieties everything is there, plenty of towels, tooth brushes, soap, toilet paper etc. Beds are big and comfortable, 3 double beds, very comfortable, clean linen, the host is also very kind and she let us check in early. Location is quite good you are right in the Seomyeon area. There is also filtered drinking water provided.
