I stayed at Urban Stay near Geumcheon-gu Office and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to the subway station, with many nearby facilities such as convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes, making it suitable for both short and long stays. The self check-in process was well explained and easy to follow, even for first-time guests. Whenever I had questions, I received quick and helpful responses via message. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The bedding was in good condition, and both heating and air conditioning worked well. It was also quiet, which made it easy to relax. I would recommend this place especially for business trips or solo travelers.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The attached restaurant was also very good and the service was excellent aswell.

The room is just amazing! We loved everything it had to offer. We didn't expect much, but we got it all. The bed is just excellent and very convenient. You feel you are sleeping in a bed (no offense to traditional Korean futon-style accommodation). The room was clean, bathroom equipped with all the facilities. There are plenty of dining options around (Burger King, Subway, Korean restaurants, etc.), convenient stores (7-11), and it's around a 7-minute walk to a subway station. It takes 25 minutes by subway to get to Seoul Station by line 1.

Dream House is situated an 8-minute walk from Hapjeong Station and a 10-minute walk from the urban indie street of Hongdae. It offers a semi-buffet breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Breakfast was great, a korean style breakfast. The staff were very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a corner suite. We could get great views of our first night in Seoul. The room was very large, two toilets. Great for a family.
