Peaceful heaven, not many people although hotel was full, spa and gym. Spanish lounge music at a pool. Amazing customer service (but you have to ask what you want and repeat (they say they unerstood but they didnt :))

Everything. This property is exactly as you in see the photos. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. You feel like you are walking into a beautiful marble palace, with a unique Moroccan flavour but still feeling warm and homely. The staff, the management everyone was exceptional and attentive. The family owned hotel gave a family feeling and were all lovely and attentive to making sure you have the best experience. The management and staff went above and beyond to help us have the best Stay. The breakfast was delightful and full of flavour as was the dinner. All in all an amazing experience and such an amazing place to stay and enjoy Marrakesh! Would recommend it to everyone!

Attention to detail!The decoration is modern Moroccan style with attention to colours!
The grounds are so well kept,big communal areas for every purpose.
The staff was amazing!Youssef,the manager is a real treasure for the business and Khalid made the best refreshing mocktails.
Breakfast and meals were great and had a homely feel.10/10 the entire staff made our days and we are looking forward to coming back next time we find ourselves in Marrakesh.
