Easy check in and check out. The staff are friendly and speaks english very well. They will try to help you whenever you need any assistance.
We also loved that they have a luggage storage. Before we checked in, we left our stuff with them since we arrived early. It gave us a chance to go around before check in. Also, upon check out. We wanted to explore the area and leave our luggage with them and it was such an easy process. Everything went smoothly.
In the room, the bed is huge and very comfortable. It has an iron and board, a wireless charger and all basic toiletries.

Exceptional experience. Very big room with spectacular views and comfy bed.
Very considerate service too. Snacks, drinks and fruits were replenished everyday too. Indoor, warm pool is a big big plus in winter.
