The staff are just wonderful, we had a travel interruption and without any problem at all they were happy to be flexible with us. The property is lovely and although I am not much of a breakfast person I could see everyone really enjoying the vast options cooked by the friendly ladies. Also very clean. Highly recommend this place and hope to visit again.

Worth every penny (I loved the decorations in the garden and the room in the bathroom, next to the wall - phenomenal idea to put the plants between the window and the wall!!!! Love it!!)

Firstly, the location is in a bit of an industrial area, so it feels a bit grungy and the sidewalks are broken. But the hostel itself is fantastic. It has a pool, a nice kitchen, good places to hang out. And the rooms (although some guests like to use their phones without pods or headphones) are great. Private. Shower was really good. And the rooms are nice and cool. Staff were really nice as well.

The stay was absolutely exceptional! The owner was one of the nicest hosts we ever had - he gave us a huge amount of helpful recommendations and helped us to plan our further trip.
Whenever we entered the reception area he invited us to have a small drink or a (very good) coffee with him and either gave us some more travel tips or just asked how our day was.
The hotel itself is charming and full of plants. Everything is spotless and well maintained.
The rooms are of good size and the mattresses are extremely comfortable.
Even though there is no private parking - the area is very safe and we never had a problem to find a parking spot very close to the hotel.
All in all - The best Hotel that we had until now in the Yucatan peninsula!

Casa Oasis Guest House and Spa surpassed all my expectations—it’s truly an incredible place. My only regret is that I could only stay for one night; next time, I’ll be sure to extend my visit to fully immerse myself in the experience.
The atmosphere is one of pure tranquility, allowing you to slow down and fully appreciate the stunning surroundings. Mérida is a remarkable city, and Casa Oasis Guest House and Spa feels like a hidden sanctuary within it.
