The location was very fine for us. Being closer to the cathedral means more traffic and noise. The walking distance from the hotel to the cathedral makes that you are in a more quiet environment. The walking distance is maybe 15 minutes max. The breakfast is diversifying. The included breakfast (continental) was more than expected with fresh pressed coffee (capucino), a choice of many beautiful pastries (made on site) and fresh fruit. You can also choose breakfast "a la carte".
The whole place is an experience! The decor, the woodwork (Mexican mahogany), the natural garden, the courtyard and the owner's 2 live-in parrots make this place very special!

Staff was extremely friendly and proactive. The hotel offers free bikes that you can rent to get around the city. Also, it is located just next to Mérida's most famous strip - Paseo Montejo - which hosts beautiful restaurants and cafes. The design and detail of the hotel are absolutely incredible!

Every part of our stay was impeccable! From the discreet exterior, the gorgeous foliage and songbirds once inside, the amazing A/C, the hotel’s proximity to Merida’s best food scene, Treehouse Boutique Hotel blew all of our expectations. The service throughout the hotel was sublime, and there was never a request that was answered with a “no.” Instead, staff seemed to make it their mission to please guests and say yes to every request If only we had more time to enjoy the pool!

Staying at this hotel feels like stepping in a privileged environment, with a great courtyard and very nice rooms. The staff is very competent and helpful, friendly and engaging with guests. Breakfast was outstanding; great choice of food and top fruit offering. Would not mind staying there for a few more days.

A hidden gem in the heart of Paseo de Montejo. We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel very at home. The choice and quality of breakfast is second to none. The newly opened restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. It was truly an amazing holiday in Merida made special by our stay in this boutique hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We liked the location, the staff, our room, the pool. It was our second one-month long stay in this hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, a Walmart a few blocks away, several banks and a convenience store.
