We loved everything about Chasse Hotel. The staff was helpful and always kind, The breakfast was amazing, and our room was clean, large and very comfortable. We also loved the location. It was a very short walk to catch the tram and there were many conveniences close to the hotel. We look forward to staying there next time we're in Amsterdam.

Bed and duvet are super comfy. Loved watching the bridge raise and lower to allow the boats to pass. Loved learning about the history of the canal house. It had everything we needed. The location is excellent for exploring so many different areas of Amsterdam. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

My room was small with a shared bathroom, but the bed was comfortable. I noticed they also have rooms with private bathrooms, but this one was perfect for a budget stay, especially for a night or two. Next time I’ll definitely try the old tram room in the middle of the hotel! The staff was also friendly and check-in went smooth.
This 5-star hotel, in the heart of Amsterdam, is set on the edge of the famous Dam Square and opposite the Royal Palace.

The hotel has 2 areas, old and new. First the hotel personnel offered for us a room in the old area.
We booked a Premium Room and expectations were high, when we saw the room we were very disappointed, pictures attached.
However after our friendly conversation with the check in personnel we moved to another beautiful room with balcony and city view, that side of the hotel is just WOW.
So if you book a room ask for a room in new part of the hotel.
Breakfast was beyond reality.

The staff was very friendly and took care of every detail. Champagne as welcome drink, Candy and a note at our door in New Years.
Metro is within 5 min walking and 3-4 stops from the City Center. Really easy to move
